Do you know what version? If you don't, you can go to help->about internet explorer.
I believe it is Internet Explorer 8. This is the only website I have been having trouble viewing.
Whenever I switch to a new topic, the page will refresh a few times before I can read it. I never had that problem until the new shortcut buttons were added to the website. Not a big deal, just a little annoying.
