My thanks to JR for that easter egg on "forward press"......never thought of it in that way, having learned golf in the golden era of the "Hands Only" Forward Press.

You all will appreciate the hours Lynn spent with all of us not only on the course but the hours he spent getting Ben's help uploading those videos to the site. I learned first-hand how hard-working Lynn is both day and night! Several evenings last week, Lynn could be seen teaching until after 6p.m. after starting with me at
9 a.m. !!!
I was stretching my back out by 2 p.m. every day while Lynn was just getting warmed up! Those of you interested in lessons should also realize that Lynn gets requests from all over as I also learned.
If you have the resources, Lynn has the answers and the mad, mad, TGM skills.

There is no doubt Yoda is an absolute treasure. The day I spent with him (KevCarter and Kev Sweeney)was filled with energy, passion and way more information than I could ever absorb. It is been nearly two years and I still flip through my computer (pea-sized brain)dredging things up from that day.
Looking forward to talking to you, City.

Great post again O.B. If I may add one note.
This first few feet of Hand travel in Startup which J.R. describes, a travel motivated, produce solely by the Hips clearing from their Fix position: Some would might say "Ah, but surely that's Pivot to Hands".
To which I would say; "Not necessarily, Buster. IF you're Tracing, with your mind in your Hands .....its still Hands to Pivot".
The same deal happens in Startdown when the Pivot takes the Hands Down the Inclined Plane for the first wee bit. The Pivot may be driving the car but the Hands are back seat driving, directing.
The post count at 2700 plus was proof enough that you're "mental"
however responding to your own post via 3rd person - truly genius!
Thanks MIke.
I was channelling Daryl on that one but kept it to only one level.......he can have whole conversations with himself. Truly amazing and perhaps what Homer meant by "Divergent Vectors".

I can vouch for this, well the Daryl part anyways. Sometimes he'll even start disagreeing with himself. That takes some talent. Well , not that much talent maybe if you know what I mean.

Hmm? I was going to autograph a copy of my "Right Forearm Participation" video to give to you.
It’s alright to talk to yourself. It’s even alright to answer yourself. It only becomes a problem if you’re talking to yourself and you go “Huh? What did you say?”

So true D, thanks for sharing that with the group.
You know, Im not going to pay any attention to what I say to myself from now on. To heck with that nutjob! By the way the video you mention..........that is a golf video right?

I think there now is some confusion about what starts the backstroke (start up) - is it the right hand/right forearm or is it the hip (in a right-left foot action in a coordinated way)? Maybe this needs some more clearing up?
