The question is, how do I Throw and Drive most effectively?

I am very aware of the Right Elbow's Drive againt the #1 Pressure Point per 10-20-B and my Right Shoulder acting as a Launching Pad for that Drive. As with Swinging, I Trace the Straight Plane Line with my Right Forearm and #3 Pressure Point. However, because I am Actively Thrusting, I Feel the Pressure Point Combination (the Active Muscular Drive against #1 and #3) much more strongly than when Swinging (with its Passive Centrifugal Drive against #2 and #3).
