If re-write, photography and illustration costs were say $200K, add Marketing costs, say $50K?. Price and Qty. How many would need to be sold to recoup $250K?

Ah, the business case as to whether we should do it...

To me, it's either a minimal thing -- basic re-write, minimal photography and illustration costs (I think we can keep it well below $200K) -- or a much larger thing where TGM message and methodologies are the core of a larger TGM "empire"...

That last is approaching it strictly as a growth business -- how would I grow it into something to support a small company. The first would be how to make money as more of a cottage industry to me at least.
