totally agree, I understand the book has millions of patterns but I dont think a video showing what is best to mix and match is anything but good.

I know one of the best moments for my hitting pattern was in AG2 disk 3 when Lynn showed how the right shoulder moves in order to act as a launching pad to drive the right arm, it seems a simple concept but it was easier after seeing that move in detail.
