I keep the AM stretching to mostly those with a flat back. I had to look up the QL muscle to see where that one was...I will need to get a foam roller. You have given me much to start up a good lower back program...thanks for the information....I am going to save your posts for future reference. I will definitely start doing the squat exercises..I am pretty tight in all those hip/lower back muscles...it has come with age and too much sitting at the office.
