The golf stroke is more complicated than picking up a coin, but all zones are involved and job has to be done somehow and the hands have their vital role to play. i figured out the secret of golf, the secret is practicing using the little plane, it's like cheating it's the greatest training aid you could ever have, i do thousands of reps on it, from putting to full swing you know you are on plane, i go to the top and hold it for several seconds my game is getting better every rep my backswing muscle memory is ingrained for a perfect backswing every time. putting is ingrained. if you dont have this you r at a huge disadvantage this training aid will take me to the pga TOUR
