Daryl, Before you put too much thought into this - let's keep it simple. No, it doesn't function "normally". #1 it goes from supplying power (assuming #3 pressure point has some pressure)to providing no power (regardless of the amount of number 3 pressure point pressure). #2 There is no "overtaking action" when you have a zeroed out number three accumulator - the clubhead doesn't move when you twist your left hand in place with a zero number three accumulator. You need some #3 accumulator to have an "overtaking action". See 6-B-3-A last sentence. Lynn knows this - he was probably thinking of a different context when he originally posted to your question.
