I just realized that when I signed up, the page went right to "billing information" and I missed the shipping info part. Just send it to my address as listed on the billing part---I'm assuming you would do that but not leaving anything to chance! Ha! Dave
I haven't slept in days waiting for this. Can I just say that the cover makes it look fantastic, very professional and worth the wait.
This could be a seminal moment for getting the message of G.O.L.F. out there to the public in a way that doesn't scare them silly!
I'm sure I don't need to add that my post and billing address are the same also.

Its possible I was also not prompted to enter a separate shipping address so its the same deal for me, that is, my billing address and my shipping address are the same address.
(I can't check my confirmation e-mail from this home computer since that e-mail is filed at work so its possible that mine would have been OK - don't want to take any chances either and delay my video, I have the extra delay of the Canadian Pony Express to deal with )
Don't worry about the shipping address if your billing and shipping are the same. If no shipping address is specified, we'll be sure and use the billing address.
